How do the working holiday club™ guarantee a position pre-departure?

Easy, we will set you up with a pre-departure Skype interview with our Pub team, who are based in the UK.  You will 100% have a full-time job contract in your hand, before you even book your flights.

Unlike some agencies we do not take applications and THEN search for suitable working holiday placements. We already have a portfolio of live-in pub roles to fill in the UK. There are no sneaky surprises like being stranded in the UK without a job. It simply doesn’t happen with The Working Holiday Club ™… Ever!

Terms & Conditions/Refund Policy
  • Once you’ve secured employment and commenced work at your pub, The Working Holiday Club™ will not interfere with the employment relationship. We are a facilitator of the employment relationship.

We are, however, always there for you should you have any questions down the track, are interested in a second employment opportunity after the season, or simply want some advice.

Can I go with a friend or partner?

Yes, you can. We understand moving to the other side of the world can be a little daunting, and we strive to ensure we give you and your friends/partners the best possible opportunity of working together. That is why, in your application, you can note who you will be travelling with.

If you are flexible with your job options, we are confident we will be able to place you and your friend or partner together.

For those who failed in their interview, secondary interviews will be set up and the recruitment manager will be in touch to advise specifics of the next interview date and time. Secondary interview opportunities are based on resort availability and applicant suitability. No refunds will be considered until ALL avenues of employment are exhausted. At this point, if there are no remaining locations for potential employment, then a program refund will then be issued. Our role is to locate employment in the UK for applicants and we do not stop until we have tracked all opportunities down!!!
